CreteScreed FSL is a fine-leveled seamless flooring solution developed from premium quality cementitious material with fast-harden features. It is a single pack product that only needs water as an additional ingredient to prepare for use. The key application of CreteScreed FSL is to provide a flat, level and robust base onto which any type of floor coverings can be installed including tiles, carpets, Vinyl and timber floors.
This product is specifically designed to fit in the fast track building projects where construction of the structure takes a very short time.
CreteScreed FSL is suitable in different commercial, residentials and industrial building projects. Here are some of the primary scenarios in which CreteScreed FSL excels:
Evaluating or putting CreteScreed FSL into practice is quite easy, however, like other construction products, it is crucial to follow the guidelines of the company.
Prepare the Surface:
It is recommended that before applying the screed to the desired substrate must be clean, dry, should not have dust, grease or any form of loose material on it.
Mixing:
Mix a required amount of water with the single pack of CreteScreed FSL. After that, blend the material using an appropriate mechanical mixer until the cohesion is perfect and separate entities are not visible.
Application:
Now the prepared mortar must be poured onto the prepared surface using a trowel or leveler. Screed will self-levelling and usually it will only require a little troweling or levelling.
Curing:
CreteScreed FSL will start to harden quickly, this is normally within a few hours depending with the room temperature and relative humidity. The following work is delicate and requires the minimization of pedestrian traffic until the screed has set.
